My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and spacious with a kitchen, which was convenient for cooking, but the lack of a balcony was a downside. The service was a bit hit or miss; while some staff were helpful, others were impolite and unhelpful. The central location was great for exploring Playa del Carmen, near the beach and the city center.
I have mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On the one hand, the rooms were quite cozy and had everything I needed like shampoo and conditioner provided. I appreciated having a fridge to keep my water cool in the hot weather. However, there were issues with noise that affected my sleep, which was disappointing. The hotel offers a good value for money but needs improvement in some areas.
